Instrumental Services was founded by Gunjan Doshi who takes care of its day to day operations. Gunjan is a successful technology leader and business savvy problem solver who understands all nuances of leading and running an software enterprise. His in-depth experience in building and running all aspects of a high performance software development organization architecture, software engineering, product management, project & program management, usability, quality assurance has carved out the path to success for many of his clients.
Before Instrumental Services, he led the launch of popular social networking sites: BlackPlanet.com, Migente.com, AsianAvenue.com, and Glee.com. At Community Connect, he led and managed a team of 30 developers, Directors, Project Managers, and QA professionals to rapidly deliver a world class, social networking software. Prior to Community Connect, he had successful stints in pharma, entertainment, travel industries like AOL Time Warner, Merck, Cendant Corp, EDS, MDS Sciex, ADP.
As the principal consultant of the company, transitioned 20 software development teams from mediocre performance to high-performing self-disciplined teams. He has coached and mentored executives, management and other members of multifunctional teams on the disciplines of project portfolio management, process assessments, agile software development & management, risk mitigation and project retrospectives He has also designed and taught several popular courses and boot-camps for several clients in United States, Canada and India.
